CFTE is a Bangalore based training institute dedicated to providing training support for Faculty and Professional Development to educational institutes, corporate organizations and, NGOs. Quality workshops for parents is another focus area.

It is headed by Dr. Lalitha Appachu, an educationist and consultant, with close to three decades of teaching and training experience with educational institutes, corporate organizations and NGOs.
